Important: You acknowledge that the Services utilize probabilistic generative models. Output generated by the Service may occasionally be incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete ("non-deterministic output").



  • You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy of any output generated by our services before relying on it.
  • We are not liable for any actions you take based on automated advice or content.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use our services to:



  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Input sensitive personal health information (PHI) or financial data (PCI) unless explicitly authorized.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code or underlying algorithms of our platform.

5. Intellectual Property

Your Data: You retain all rights to the data you input into Zavtra. You grant us a license to use this data solely to provide and improve the service for you.

Our Platform: Zavtra retains all rights, title, and interest in the platform, including our proprietary algorithms, interface designs, and automation workflows.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties ("As Is")

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zavtra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or data.

8. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Austria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
